ATHENS, Ga. – A brace from freshman forward Maya Woolforde and a long-range effort from senior midfielder Honoka Hamano sealed a 3-0 win for the University of Georgia soccer team (2-0-2) over Milwaukee (1-3-0) on Senior Day Sunday afternoon before 520 spectators at the Turner Soccer Complex.

Sunday's game kicked off by honoring Georgia's nine seniors on the 2026 squad, with honorees Virginia Odom and Tyler Kaseta receiving their first starts of the season.
Hamano, who earned a brace Thursday against James Madison, opened the scoring in the ninth minute with a shot from outside the 18-yard box off an assist from Kaseta, who earned her first point as a Bulldog.
Woolforde doubled the Bulldog advantage with a second effort finish to score her first collegiate goal inside the six-yard box off an assist from freshman forward Lola Manuel.
The Bulldogs entered the halftime break leading 2-0 with a 7-2 shot advantage over the Panthers.
Woolforde added to her tally in the 66^th minute as she was once again in the right place at the right time to deposit a deflected shot. Graduate forward Emma Pettersen and Manuel each picked up an assist.
For the afternoon, the Bulldogs outshot the Panthers, 19-4, with a 4-0 margin in shots on frame, holding an opponent without a SOG since North Florida last season. Hamano and Woolforde led the team with three shots apiece.
