- For the 2024 season, parking is available in the lot closest to S. Milledge Ave. The back lot is closed due to construction.

Recapping Action
Georgia opened SEC play over the weekend, taking two-of-three from No. 14 Alabama in Athens. Georgia won the opener on Friday 4-2, powered by a three-run home run in the fourth off the bat of Ellie Armistead. The Bulldogs clinched the series on Saturday, run-ruling the Tide 11-3 in five innings. Dallis Goodnight provided the two-run single in the fifth to walk off the Tide. It was the first time Georgia run-ruled Alabama since 2014. A five-run fourth lifted the Tide to a win in game three. Alabama held off a Dogs' comeback into the seventh to avoid the sweep.

A Look at What's Ahead
The Bulldogs will hit the road for their first road SEC series at Ole Miss on March 22-24. The three-game series against the Rebels kicks off Friday at 7 p.m. ET in Oxford. Saturday's matchup will begin at 4 p.m. ET with the finale set for 2 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Coaching Connections
Georgia Southern head coach Sharon Perkins was a member of the Georgia coaching staff under Lu Harris-Champer for six seasons from 2001-06. During her time in Athens, the Bulldogs won the 2003 and 2005 SEC regular season titles. Perkins' coaching career started as a student coach under Harris-Champer at Nichols then followed her to Southern Miss then on to Athens. Perkins left Athens following the 2006 season to become the head coach at Georgia Tech.

Leadoff Lyndi Finds New Home in Order
Lyndi Rae Davis has found a new spot at the top of the Georgia batting order. Since taking over the leadoff role on March 8, Davis has drawn 11 walks in nine and put together a .575 on-base clip. Twice, she's drawn three walks in a game, both career-highs. She leads Georgia with 21 walks this season. Her 0.81 walks per game ranks third in the SEC.
