Admission
- All attendees for 2025 UGA Softball games will need to purchase a ticket to be allowed entry. UGA Ticket Office staff will be on-site for day-of-game ticket sales.
- 2025 UGA Softball season ticket holders will be allowed entry to Jack Turner Softball Stadium 90 minutes before first pitch.
- Gates open for single game ticket holders 1 hour before first pitch.
- Early entry will be at the third base gate. General entry is at the third base gate and the outfield gate.
- All seating is general admission. There is no reserved seating.
- Tournament tickets will be single-day tickets.
- The UGA Clear Bag Policy will be enforced.

Facility Information
Parking/Transportation
- Parking in the lot behind the Jack Turner Softball Stadium is reserved for season ticket holders who qualified to request parking. Season ticket holders that have reserved parking need to download their parking pass via their online account.
- Reserved parking opens 2.5 hours prior to first pitch.
- General public parking will be located at the front lot closest to S. Milledge Avenue.
- ADA parking is in the back lot now and is available to patrons with a valid placard and ticket. There are 14 total ADA spots available at a first-come-first served basis; these spots are separate from the donor parking allotment.
- Shuttle Information
- The shuttles will leave from the Shops of Athens behind Waffle House
- 1hr 15mins before a game for first departure
- 3hr 30mins after a game for last departure
Concessions/Merchandise
- All concessions and merchandise transactions will be cashless.
- The UGA Bookstore has a merchandise shop located under the soccer grandstand.
