On the result…
"Great day for college softball. It was two teams going right at each other. I thought at the end of the day, it came down to a couple opportunities where they came through, and we didn't, whether it was when they were on the offensive side and we were on the defensive side or vice versa. I thought we competed really well. I thought we put ourselves in positions to win the game and came up just a little bit short on the end. We'll be hungry to get back at them tomorrow."
On the message to the team ahead of tomorrow…
"At the end of the day in these games, you're going to be put into situations and you're not going to come through every time. You have to keep wanting those situations and preparing yourself to come through. I think that's really the message is. We're right there with a chance to win the game and let's fight to come through in those moments tomorrow."
