Let's Recap
Georgia's eight-match win streak was snapped last Friday, falling at Mississippi State in straight sets. Bianna Muoneke tallied 23 kills, tying a Georgia rally scoring record for kills in a three-set match. She's the first Bulldog to tally 20 kills in three sets since Sophie Fischer in 2023. The Bulldogs bounced back on Sunday at Alabama, winning a five-set battle. Muoneke recorded her fourth 20-kill performance in the last five matches, tying a career best with 29 kills. Kendal Kemp tallied her second-career double-double and first as a Bulldog with a season-high 12 blocks and 10 kills. Georgia's season-high 20 team blocks tied for second-most in a five-set match at Georgia and is the most by an SEC team in 2026. Ana Julia Bleeker recorded a career-high 18 digs in the match.

Block Party in Tuscaloosa
Georgia tallied a season-high 20 team blocks on Oct. 11 at Alabama in five sets. That number tied for second-most in a five-set match at Georgia and was the most by an SEC team in 2026. Kendal Kemp put up 12 blocks on her own en route to a double-double. Tori Harper added eight, Kaiya Tyson tied a career-best five, and Alex Richter set a career-best four. Georgia tallied 20 blocks against Alabama a season ago in Athens.

Harper co-led the team with six blocks, tying a personal season high, against Arkansas on Friday, Oct. 2, then recorded a new season-best nine (1 solo, 8 assists) against Oklahoma on Sunday, Oct. 4. That mark is the most by a Bulldog in 2026 and ties for sixth-most by a Bulldog in a four-set match. As a team, Georgia had 14.0 blocks against the Sooners, also a team season best. The Reno native totaled 15 blocks over the weekend, averaging 1.88 per set. On the offensive side of the ball, she tallied 12 total kills and served up a pair of aces in the Oklahoma match.
