On today's meet…
"What a strong start to our competition day. Really coming over some adversity with having weather earlier in the week, figuring out were we going to be able to do this. I love the energy and the intensity and quite a lot of fight in them. As far as where we ended, it was just a little shy. We had some great ties, so that means people were really vying for those points. This is a very strong, very competitive team. Just came off of a loss yesterday, so extra motivated. Having said that, I think we learned a lot today and we're going to be able to apply that, but, man, I know these Dawgs are hurting. We wanted this bad, so we've just got to make sure we're taking that and applying it to practice Monday."
On what she wants to take from today to the next home meet…
"Great opportunity to turn and bounce having competitions back-to-back at home in just a few weeks. I think we're going to find little ways to push some moments and clean up little things. A penalty here or there, a little bit more forward on the turn. Again, so many close points. It is right there. We've just got to create our own luck in those moments. I think between now and then, it's just building that little confidence, being a little, tiny bit riskier with a lot of strong leg."
