» Georgia welcomes over 4,100 elementary school students from across the area for its annual Elementary School Day Game on Monday. Tip time is set for 11 a.m. at Stegeman Coliseum.
» The Lady Bulldogs host UNCG, marking the first-ever meeting between the two programs. The Spartans come into Monday's game with a 7-3 record.
» Georgia enters the contest following a 12-day exam break.
» The youthful Lady Bulldogs have relied on a group of freshmen and sophomores that account for 49 percent of the team's scoring. Georgia freshmen alone account for 38 percent of the squad's point production.
» Sophomore Fatima Diakhate is coming off her first career double-double after her 16 point, 10 rebound performance against Virginia Tech. Diakhate has scored in double figures in three-straight games, including a career-high 17 points against Hampton.
» Freshman Trinity Turner has reached double figures in scoring seven of 10 games. She scored in double figures in each of her first three contests, becoming the first Lady Bulldog freshman to do so since National Freshman of the Year Tasha Humphrey in 2004. She then led all scorers with 28 points at Georgia Tech, the most points in a game for a Georgia freshman since Gabby Connally in 2018 (37 at Texas A&M).
» Freshman Mia Woolfolk led all Georgia rookies with 18 points and 13 rebounds in her debut against NC Central. It is just the third time in program history a freshman has recorded a double-double in her debut. Janet Harris in 1981 and Christi Thomas in 2000 are the only other two to accomplish that feat.
» It was recently announced that Georgia inked the No.18-ranked recruiting class in 2025, marking the second-straight year the team has signed a top-20 class. Georgia was the only SEC team to sign four ESPN top-100 prospects in 2024 -- a class that ranked No. 16 nationally.
