Georgia takes home first place in the 2nd Swing Gopher Invitational

The Georgia Men's Golf team finished first at the 2nd Swing Gopher Invitational, shooting 9-under 843.
- Freshman Mason Howell placed second in the tournament, shooting 7-under. He carded five birdies in the front nine and sinked an eagle on hole 12.

JD Culbreth tied for third, going 3-under par for the tournament.

Competing Individually at the Minnesota Golf Classic, Jackson Byrd carded 10-under par and tied for first place.

Georgia shot six strokes ahead of Oklahoma to earn first place, carding 11-under in round three.

Georgia, Oklahoma, Rutgers, Cincinnati, and Little Rock made up the top five.
