Georgia Hosts The Citadel for Doubleheader Sunday

ATHENS, Ga. --- The University of Georgia men's tennis team will host The Citadel for a  doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 15.  The first match will begin at 10 a.m. while the second is slated for a 2p.m. start at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

BULLDOG BULLETIN
Fresh From the Start: Since 2000, Georgia is 24-3 in season openers. The Bulldogs defeated Georgia Tech in the 2026 season opener to extend the all-time series to 75-18, including a 15-match winning streak dating back to 2011.

Shut 'Em Out, Shut 'Em Out: All five of the Bulldogs' wins this season have been shutouts.  In those wins Georgia has claimed the doubles point before clinching the match with three singles wins.

Last Time Out: The Bulldogs defeated EKU, 4-0, in both matches of a doubleheader on Thursday.

All Time History vs The Citadel: The Bulldogs hold a 3-0-1 record against The Citadel. The teams last met in 2025 with Georgia winning, 7-0.
