Key Quotes:
Georgia Head Coach Keidane McAlpine
On the victory over Missouri…
"Tonight was about how we played, and the energy and effort that we needed to start the game with to try to stylistically impose what we wanted to do on them. I thought they were on a nice little run into our game, and so we knew we had to come out and be assertive."
#1 Jordan Brown | Gr. | GK
On posting a clean sheet in her final home regular season match...
"It was definitely sweet. I think that we had a really good team performance today and you couldn't ask for a better day with two goals. We had a lot of opportunities, and we could have gotten more, but the shutout is always nice. Sweet day, awesome, no complaints."
#33 Emma Pettersen | Gr. | F
On the transition coming out of halftime...
"I felt like we did decently in the first half. Of course, not perfect, still 0-0, but I guess it was just going back to what we've done in practice. I think we're working really well using those principles and that gave us the success we had."
