KEY QUOTES
Head Coach Tom Black
On resilience shown today...
"Huge resilience. It was a tale of two matches. Georgia Southern played really well. They're a really good team.  I thought we came out nervous, or tight, or a little scared, and dug ourselves in a massive ditch, massive. Just an incredible amount of resilience."
Â
On a mental switch or physical switch during this game...
"I think it was mental first, and then there are a couple of tactical changes that we could make from there. Â But x's and o's don't matter if you're not in it mentally. Â So I thought MK [Patten] made a few huge plays for us, defensively and offensively. And that kind of changed the tide of the match. Â But the girls fought, and they dug themselves out of it. Â So again, that really speaks to their character."
Â
Estelle Haugen | Sr. | OH
On the reverse sweep...
"We talked about it after the game, but it was just a collective effort to regroup and start again. We know we did not come out starting strong at all, and we just decided, 'Hey, we can either end like this or we can turn things around.' It was super cool just to see the team come together and take it upon ourselves to win."
