Notable Quotes
Associate Head Coach Dalton Stevens:
"We're extremely proud of the girls today. I think our main word that really came from today was grit. We really saw ourselves get off to a strong start. We have tended to play the front nine really well. I think tomorrow we've got to get after the back nine a little bit. We need to be need be more zoned in on certain holes. I'm really proud of how 'Rouchy' (Maria Eidhagen Harrouch) came out and really got us going out of the gate. Maria Garcia gave us another great round has a chance to compete for a championship tomorrow. She saw herself shoot 4-under on her birthday. What a way to cap off your birthday. Obviously, we got another great round from KT, 2-under with a birdie on the last hole. We showed a lot of fight today and are excited to compete for a championship tomorrow."
