Jasmine Johnson
Jasmine Johnson joined the Georgia athletic performance staff in July 2025, working primarily with soccer and women’s golf.
 
Johnson joined Georgia after two seasons at Wake Forest, where she worked with women’s soccer and track and field. During her two seasons, she helped the Demon Deacons reach the NCAA College Cup final and oversaw top five finishes for the women’s heptathlon and long jump groups.
 
Prior to Wake Forest, Johnson worked at Boston University for two seasons, working with the men’s and women’s lacrosse and men’s soccer teams. She became the first Woman of Color to work with a DI men’s lacrosse program as the Terriers won the 2022 Patriot League title and reached their first NCAA Tournament. She also served as a strength and conditioning coach for Colgate (2019-21) and Rutgers (2017-19).
 
A native of Smithtown, New York, Johnson earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2015, where she was a two-time All-American in gymnastics. She became the first freshman in school history to win the ECAC championship on the floor exercise and earn All-America status in the vault in 2011. Johnson is the only Temple woman gymnast to win two conference titles on the floor exercise.
 
Johnson earned her master's degree in Higher Education Administration in 2017 from Stony Brook University, where she was named Interim Assistant Director of Athletic Performance for Football and served as a Graduate Assistant in Sports Performance for Football and Men’s & Women’s Track & Field.
 
Johnson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds a certification in USA Weight Lifting (USAW) as well as being CPR/AED certified.
