Will Myers joined the Georgia football staff as Director of Player Personnel & Pro Liaison in March 2023. Myers oversees evaluation and scouting, working closely with UGA coaching staff in roster management and recruiting. As the Pro Liaison, Myers serves as the first point of contact and resource for NFL Personnel scouting UGA players.

Strong identification and evaluation skills helped Myers, and the Bulldogs secure the 2024 consensus top-ranked recruiting class in his first season, followed by the top-three finish in his second season, the 2025 cycle.

Prior to UGA, Myers served as Director of Player Personnel for the University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns for the 2022 season. In his lone season in Lafayette, Myers helped Louisiana to a top four Sun Belt Conference recruiting class ranking, and to the 10th postseason bowl game in program history.

Myers previously served as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel at the University of Mississippi for the 2020 season, and as Director of Scouting in 2021. In Oxford, Myers helped the Rebels secure a Top 20 nationally ranked recruiting class (17th) – their highest since 2016. Myers oversaw scouting efforts of high school and junior college prospects. 

Prior to Ole Miss, Myers worked for Head Coach Will Muschamp at the University of South Carolina. There, Myers helped the Gamecocks secure three consecutive Top 25 recruiting classes (2018-2020). Beginning in 2017, Myers worked in both the weight room and recruiting departments before transitioning to recruiting full time. He served as a Personnel and Recruiting Intern before a promotion to Graduate Assistant.

From Monroe, La., Myers graduated from Neville High School (2012) before attending Louisiana State University (2017). He also holds his master’s degree from South Carolina (2019).
