Format

The College Swimming League (CSL) season consists of six regular season, and two post season matches, with each of the 12 participating institutions (Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, California, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan, NC State, Ohio State, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia) competing in one.
In each match, all four teams will roster 28 swimmer (14 male, 14 female), with two athletes representing each program in each individual event. An athlete can enter in at most three individual events and two relay events.
Team scores will be calculated by adding both men's and women's points. Individual events feature a 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 scoring structure, while relays will feature an 18-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 system.
CSL matches count toward NCAA Championships time qualifications and the meets will also count toward NCAA dual meet requirements.
At the conclusion of the match, the first place team will earn four point, second place three points, third place two points, and fourth place one point in the CSL standings. After the six regular season matches, the top three teams in the standings will automatically advance to the championship match on Friday, Nov. 6, while the teams ranked fourth through seventh will compete in a wild card match on Nov. 5 with the winner advancing to the final.
Skins races are elimination events performed over 50 yards per round. The winner of each gender's 200y freestyle relay will select the stroke that will be used in each round. Super skins races are elimination events in which one team will be eliminated per round in the 200y medley relay. Points will accumulate over the course of both skins and super skins events.
Winning swimmers can also "Jackpot" additional points off of lower-finishing swimmers. Once a winning time is established by the first place finisher, all other finishing swimmers must finish in the timing threshold set for each event for their points will be allocated to the first place finisher.

The 12^th-ranked Georgia women, led by fifth year head coach Stefanie Williams Moreno, return 16 members of last season's team which finished 15^th at the NCAA Championships. Sophomore Kennedi Dobson, a two-time First Team All-American, was recently named to the USA Swimming National Team after a fourth-place finish in the 400m freestyle at the Pan Pacific Championships. Fellow sophomore All-American Clarke Neace placed 10^th in the 800m freestyle at the U.S. National Championships while junior Marie Landreneau earned top-eight finishes in the 400m and 200m freestyle at Nationals. Senior Helena Jones, an individual All-American in 2025, also returns after missing last season due to injury.
The Bulldogs were bolstered in the offseason with a talented freshman class, ranked eighth nationally by SwimSwam. Rookies Maya Schweikert (19^th recruit nationally) and Maddie Thornton lead the class, which also includes Canadian Trials finalist Kamila Blanchard, U.S. Nationals competitor Brooke Bennett, and World Juniors qualifier Manuela Sega.
The 15^th-ranked Georgia men, led by fifth year head coach Neil Versfeld, return 14 members of last season's squad which also finished 15^th at the NCAA Championships. Sophomore Sean Green, a First Team All-American in the 500y freestyle, just earned a spot on the USA Swimming National Team after posting four top-eight finishes at last month's U.S. Nationals. Fellow sophomore Finn Hammer placed fifth in the 400m IM at the European Championships, while sophomore Kris Mihaylov earned finals appearances at both the Pan Pacific Championships and Commonwealth Games.
Along with returning veterans like senior Tomas Koski and junior Drew Hitchcock, the Bulldogs fortified their roster with First Team All-American Jacob Johnson transferring in from Minnesota, along with DII All-American Nico Basten joining from UIndy. Seven freshmen have also joined the team with the No. 13 recruiting class nationally, including U.S. Nationals qualifier Jude Banks and PanAm Aquatics silver medalist Frank Solano.
