ATHENS, Ga. - Junior running back Chauncey Bowens and sophomore defensive lineman Elijah Griffin spoke with the media on Tuesday afternoon and offered the following comments.

The Bulldogs open the 2026 season this Saturday, Sept. 5 on Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium against Tennessee State. Kickoff is slated for 3:00 p.m. ET, streaming live on SEC Network+.
