KEY QUOTE: "Credit to South Carolina," said head coach Jamie Hunt. "I thought they played a really good match. These are difficult courts to play on. They're really gritty. They're really bouncy, and it took awhile for us to adjust to. I thought South Carolina did a better job playing disciplined from behind the baseline and then playing downhill. We were kind of finding our rhythm a little bit on a few courts, but it was a little bit of 'too little, too late.' Credit to South Carolina, they played great. I'm really proud of the way we competed. We've got to get home, and we've got to rest up, get healthy, and get ready for two big matches at home next weekend."

UP NEXT: The Bulldogs are back at home next Friday, Apr. 11 against Texas before taking on Texas A&M on Sunday, Apr. 13 for Senior Day. The match against Texas is set for 6:00 p.m. E.T., and the first 100 fans will receive a free 'Georgia Tennis Stein' for Greek Night.
