On what the Bulldogs did to respond from Thursday…
"Yeah, it was a completely different match we did a lot but mainly we competed and kept our composure in set three, huge emotional shift as well as some of the volleyball stuff that got better."
On what specific aspects were strongest…
"Our blocking was twice as good as it was last night, our offense was twice as good as it was last night, Kacey Evans had a huge part of that, but I thought both of our setters did a good job and were putting a lot of pressure on them."
On how the team maintained its momentum…
"Hopefully it is a sign that we are growing and maturing, and things aren't going to come easy you gotta earn them and I think we've been waiting around for pixie dust to come save us this season and the girls really grew up tonight and stood up on their own two feet and did it so it's just a matter of building on that. Clearly, we showed we can play some good volleyball when we are out there are ready to go so, I am excited to build off it."

On what helped the team bounce back after last night…
"I think we played more for the love of each other tonight. Last night, I just felt really disconnected from everyone, just from a personal standpoint. I know other people were feeling it too. I remember the talk in the locker room before the match saying that we are playing for each other. It's just so emotionally cool to really feel that. That was heart what we just did. That's the team that I'm here to play for. I love this team so much because that was the best response we've had all season. That was really for each other. That was really playing for the person next to you. I loved every minute of it, and I know they loved every minute of it too. It was really awesome to see.
On what the team did well tonight…
"Blocking. I think definitely in a three-set match, that's the best blocking game we've had. I mean Phoebe Awoleye is getting over. Meghan Froemming, Sage [Naves], Amber [Stivrins], everyone was treating the game like it matters every point, and that's where the blocking came in. Last night we didn't have the best blocking night, and that was not going to happen again. We definitely changed it. You see more blockers getting across and stuffing the crap out of each pin or middle. It's an awesome change to see tonight."
