"I've been on the wrong side of one those one other time in my career. We got beat by a good team and we aren't very good, which is pretty obvious. Certainly nobody had us picked to win coming but I wish we could have played better and done a little better against Georgia. I think they have great personnel and they coach them good. They are pretty multiple on offense and they do a good job defensively. I think they can compete with anyone in their league. The SEC is very tough and I think Georgia can be competitive. What I am getting at is that we got beat by a good team. We would probably stack up about as well against other teams in that conference. We have work to do and painted a real scary picture of it today."
On Troy's mindset...
"We got a bunch of conference games left and we are 0-4. You can try all of your psychology or whatever to get through this but what it boils down to is the leadership on the team and on the coaching staff to see if we can over something like this. We need to get into trying to be winners in our conference and try to get back to a championship level in our conference. Those guys are pretty resilient most of the time, but we've taken four in a row and it's not been fun. I don't want to forget how it feels to win games."
On quarterback Dontreal Pruitt...
"We were so-so all day and couldn't put anything together. Dontreal wasn't bad but he wasn't great. He did better early than I thought he would do, but they (Georgia) seemed to get a book on us and showed him some things that he hadn't seen. He's a good player and can do some good things. He just has to make sure he gets his pre-snap and post-snap reads down and go to the right side. He can make throws and he can fit them in there, but he has to do a better job."

"Like coach was saying, we just look forward to [Louisiana] Monroe now. We put our eye on the prize and get ready for Monroe. Now we enter conference play and it's time to go to work. "Our number one issue is that we weren't making tackles. We weren't wrapping up, including myself, and we missed quite a few tackles. Number two, we had a few misfits, which has been our issue this last week and the week before. This team was big on hitting the cut-back lane and that's one of the things that we have to get corrected because Georgia's running backs were able to find the cut-back lanes on us."

"I feel like we have got to take advantage when we get down to the red zone. We've got to try and punch it in no matter who it is, whether that's Georgia, or next week ULM, we've got to be able to punch that ball in right there.
